Your Crystal sells its products to retailers, we are unable to process returns for purchases made from any of our stockists. Should you wish to return a Your Crystal product, please contact your place of purchase for a refund or exchange, according to the retailer's return policy. We advise that you always keep your receipt and check retailer's conditions for return.

At Your Crystal, we pride ourselves on high quality, durable products that are packaged with care. If you received a product purchased from that is damaged or incorrect be sure to contact us within the first 3 days of receiving your product to request an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the product unless the reason for return is the fault of Your Crystal. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not offer returns or refunds on open products due to Australian hygiene & safety standards. 

Our Crystal Infusion water bottles feature natural crystals which means they all vary in shape, size and colour. Please note we can not offer exchanges on crystals due to colour, shape and size preferences.
